Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required
  • Unboxing photos and videos are mandatory for all return or refund claims

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately (within 48 hours) so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
